Before ADP
The efficiency of APS’s product floor relies on the seamless exchange of employee data and time and attendance data from the payroll and time systems to their production software. But frequent problems with their former payroll software caused delays and could even stall production entirely. Before ADP, APS Materials used Paycor payroll software to manage time and attendance as well as pay. To keep production running smoothly, it was critical that their employee data was integrated with their other business systems, but Paycor’s application programming interfaces (APIs) had frequent issues with the platform, with the integration.
